It takes inspiration from classic French Camembert but turns the indulgence dial way, way up by adding extra cream during the cheesemaking process (that’s where the “triple cream” magic happens). It transforms into a luscious, buttery marvel with a bloomy white rind and an impossibly smooth, melt-in-your-mouth centre.

Flavour-wise? Think ultra-rich and silky with delicate mushroom notes from the rind, balanced by a sweet creaminess that lingers long after the cheese has disappeared.
