Woodland Valley Farm from Murwillumbah in The Northern Rivers follows regenerative farming practices and is completely off grid. They produce free range chicken and duck eggs which are used to make their artisan pasta & sauces, inspired by Fabian's Italian heritage. This spaghetti has that extra rich texture from the duck eggs and a mix Australian semolina flour, which is milled to order, and Italian OO flour.

How we Ship
Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.
If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.
For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.
Crappy Delivery?
Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
