If you're looking for something more than the standard bloomy white mould cheese, more than just simple mushroom and milky/cream flavours, white cow is for you! Reminiscent of the great raw milk bries of northern France this cheese has barn-yard and ripe fruit/berry flavour notes, with a hint of cauliflower when mature and of course the complex grass flavours that come from our milk Even people with jaded cheese palates will come back for more of this cheese.

How we Ship
Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.
If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.
For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.
Crappy Delivery?
Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
