Today was rough. 30 minutes of running, and let’s just say it hurt. My legs felt heavy, my lungs were burning, and at times, I’m pretty sure I looked like a wombat trying to sprint. 🦦😂 But here’s the thing—I did it.

Starting something new is always exciting. Whether it’s a fitness challenge, a new business, or a fresh goal, the beginning is full of energy and enthusiasm. But the real challenge isn’t starting. It’s sticking with it when the excitement wears off and the discomfort sets in.

As small business owners, we know this feeling all too well. Launching a new product? Exciting. First big sale? Thrilling. But then comes the middle part—the daily grind, the self-doubt, the unexpected hurdles. This is the phase where most people quit. But it’s also where the biggest growth happens.

💡 Lesson of the Day: Keep moving, even when it’s hard. Progress isn’t about how fast or how smooth the journey feels—it’s about showing up every day and doing the work.

So, whether you’re pushing through a tough workout, building a business, or tackling a personal goal, know this: the uncomfortable middle is just part of the process. Keep going. Future you will thank you for it.
