Left longer on the tree, the pulp begins to ferment bringing out a fruitier, more intense flavour. \n \nRoaster's note: Bundja is the go-to plunger choice for the Mountain Top head roaster.  Because the coffee bean stays on the tree longer the pulp around the bean dries and begins to ferment. After havest it is mechanically dried resulting in a fruitier and more intense cup with a good body.

The important but less interesting info

How we Ship

Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.

If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.

For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.

Crappy Delivery?

Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
