A traditional, dry salted caviar from the Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baeriii).
The Siberian Reserve caviar offers a delicate texture in your mouth with a slightly sweet flavour and buttery notes. It is carefully aged for up to 4 months in 1.7kg mother tins before it is repacked into smaller tins just before delivery.
This is a “wild raised” caviar, sourced from upstream floating cages in the pristine mountain waters of Aragon province in Spain. These waters are rich in minerals and elements that enhance the natural taste of caviar.
The female sturgeon are selected by conducting an ultrasound and the roes are extracted at optimal maturation. Afterwards, the fish are carefully released back into the water.

How we Ship
Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.
If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.
For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.
Crappy Delivery?
Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
