First Purchase

This was my first purchase, it was delivered swiftly and by refrigerated courier. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the cheeses but this was resolved swiftly and without fuss. I am yet to open the rest.

Everything pack

Never received mine. Ordered before Christmas was told delivery to Gold Coast would arrive in time. Then advised would arrive 10 January. Now it’s 15 January and still no delivery. What do you suggest the next step should be? Don’t suggest email as they just get ignored.

Hello Loretta - as noted on our website any orders placed after December 9 could not be delivererd prior to Christmas. Your order was placed December 17 and an email was sent to you with a likely delivery date of January 15. Because of stock shortages we have had to delay this, although your order has now been desptached and will be delivered by refirgerated courier Saturday Jan 19. Thanks.

The important but less interesting info

How we Ship

Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.

If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.

For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.

Crappy Delivery?

Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
