A rich seafood stock infused with roasted fish bones, giant squid and incredible red Spanish prawns.
In culinary worlds these prawns are one of the highlights of Spain, the deep red colour and incredible flavour make them a prime contender for the best prawn in the world. But the inclusion of their shells and heads in what was already a really good stock elevates it to another level.
Cod and hake bones are roasted before being simmered for hours with tomatoes, white wine and giant squid. The stock is then finish with fresh red prawn heads, leeks, garlic and paprika. The result is an incredibly rich, full flavoured fumet.
Primarily used with paella and amazing in most dishes that call for fish stock.

How we Ship
Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.
If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.
For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.
Crappy Delivery?
Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
