Rich earthy Australian truffle truffles combined with the indulgence of our triple cream is an epicurean masterpiece. The cream carries the heady aromas of truffle so every mouthful is an explosion of flavour. Served simply with a great sourdough it is also perfect as an addition to baked potatoes or cauliflower cheese.
Young but good from 3-4 weeks. Perfect at 4-7 weeks. Sublime at 8+ weeks.
As each big beautiful wheel is handmade, they average around 1kg.

How we Ship
Getting cheese to you is a science which we have mastered.
If you live in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, we will deliver ourselves in our refrigerated truck. Generally deliveries are on Thursdays and Fridays.
For all other parts, we ship using Australia Post Express service. We ship to every single part of Australia. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday so your order doesn't get stuck in an AusPost hot warehouse somewhere over the weekend. We have created a special insulation system and pack with several gel packs to ensure your order arrives in amazing and delicious condition.
Crappy Delivery?
Nearly always our deliveries hit the mark. But if, by chance that AusPost stuffs up, don't fret as we will replace your order, Free of Charge, and get you a fresh batch of amazing artisan made produce.
